Four years have passed since we began emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic. There was a time when we honestly wondered what the future would hold, but thanks to the continued support of the Fun2Drive community, our business has not only stabilized but has now grown beyond pre-pandemic levels. We are now preparing for the next stage of growth, and we would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone who has supported us along the way.
As Fun2Drive continues to grow, we are looking for new members to join our team. In response to the rising cost of living, we have also significantly improved our compensation packages and staff benefits. For those coming from outside Hakone, company accommodation is available, allowing you to stay in Hakone when you work without having to relocate permanently.

Position 1: Part-Time Tour Guide
Lead groups of international guests driving JDM sports cars and introduce them to Hakone — one of Japan’s ultimate destinations for car enthusiasts.

◆ Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who:
- Currently live in Japan
- Have legal permission to work in Japan
- Can communicate confidently in English
- Hold a driver’s license valid in Japan
- Enjoy cars, driving, and meeting people
- Are willing to learn and take responsibility
Working Holiday visa holders, international students, and other foreign residents in Japan are welcome to apply.
No previous tour guide experience is required. You’ll start as a Tour Guide Assistant, receive training, and work your way up to becoming a fully qualified Tour Guide.

Position 2: Mechanic — Full-Time & Part-Time
Work hands-on with an extensive range of vehicles, from classic JDM sports cars to the latest models and European supercars.
GT-R, Supra, NSX, RX-7, Impreza, Lancer Evolution, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini — you’ll have the opportunity to work with legendary cars on a daily basis while developing your skills as a mechanic.
